Location: Edinburgh – Hybrid Working
Salary:
Base Salary: starting £25,000 per year
Bonus Potential: £6,000 annual bonus for achieving targets, with uncapped earning potential beyond that. (Bonus paid monthly)
Total Earning Potential: £25,000 base salary + bonus (earnings can exceed £31,000+ depending on performance)
Package: Attractive package including unlimited holiday policy, private health and dental care, and EMI options.
Job Overview:
As an Outbound Sales Executive at Travelnest, you’ll play a key role in expanding our network of short-term holiday rental owners. Your primary focus will be engaging with prospective customers through high volumes of outbound calls, as well as WhatsApp, email, and Google meetings—guiding them through the sign-up process and converting them into verified hosts.
You’ll be a driving force behind Travelnest’s growth strategy, helping hosts maximise their rental potential. Success in this role means converting a minimum of three prospects per day into active customers while maintaining a high standard of communication and service.

Proven Sales Experience: A strong track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets. Experience in technology or SaaS sales is a plus.

Key Responsibilities
Engage Prospects: Initiate and manage conversations with potential customers, understanding their needs and demonstrating how Travelnest can help.
Pipeline Management: Schedule calls, drive productivity, and ensure you consistently meet daily sales targets.
Customer Sign-Ups: Guide prospects through the sign-up process, ensuring a smooth and successful onboarding experience.
Expert Advice: Provide insights and support to increase the likelihood of conversion.
Task Prioritisation: Manage multiple tasks across various workstreams while staying focused on results.
Requirements
Work Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK.
Sales Experience: Experience in sales, with a solid understanding of sales techniques and customer engagement strategies.
Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with CRM systems is required.
Home Workspace: A dedicated home workspace with reliable, high-speed internet.

Hybrid Working Policy
After the initial training period, employees are required to work from our Edinburgh office a minimum of three days per week for collaboration, team meetings, and access to resources. The remaining days can be worked remotely for added flexibility.
